They recommend that if your body measurements are between two sizes go with the smaller size for a tighter fit and the larger size for a looser fit. Choose tops according to chest measurements and pants according to waistline and seat measurements.

All measurements are taken directly in the body; below tells you how to measure each area:

Waist: Measure the smallest part of the waist area

Seat: Measure around the widest part of the seat which is approximately 20cm below the waist on adults.

Inseam: Measure from the crotch to the floor.

Body Length: Measure entire body when standing straight against a wall.
